The Caledon Council Community Golf Tournament returns for another exciting year. This event puts funds back into Caledon’s community and improves our quality of life.

On behalf of my Council colleagues, as the Chair of the Golf Tournament, I’m excited to let you know of a very important cause we are supporting this year within Caledon. Palgrave United Community Kitchen will be providing a community and culinary hub with programs and services available to Caledon residents.
We need your help in raising critical funds to advance this project. I look forward to introducing you to our friends at Palgrave United Church and working to make Caledon an even better community.

PALGRAVE UNITED CHURCH
Since 1867, Palgrave United Church has been a centre of the local community, building, social
capacity and community resilience. The addition of the Palgrave United Community Kitchen (PUCK) in 2009 continued this legacy.
PUCK, committed to the creation of a healthy, sustainable local food system, is a culinary hub that provides food access, economic vitality andenvironmental responsibility.


With the funding, Palgrave United Church will provide accessible community spaces at affordable
rates for events, celebrations, camps, community dinners and health and wellness workshops.
The space will be revitalized and improvements will double the available space providing opportunity to operate services all year with the installation of air conditioning.
Organizations such as Peel4H, Palgrave Guiding, Caledon Meals on Wheels, Eco Caledon and Palgrave Rotary and many more will benefit from this revitalized and improved facility.
